Each WAVFlow6 device downloads the upcoming schedule and audio files ahead of time — typically during the 3am maintenance window, never mid-song and never mid-shift. The device holds enough content to play for days without a connection.
Play regardless

Sync window is per-branch, in local time. Cebu syncs at 3am Cebu time. Davao at 3am Davao time.
Never mid-song
Updates are applied between tracks. The current track always completes before any schedule change takes effect.
Missed sync? No problem.
If a branch misses a sync window, it plays from its existing cache. The next successful sync catches it up.
